Ticket Sales Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Once payment has been successfully completed and a booking has been confirmed or a ticket has been issued, the purchase cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or changed at the customer's request, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Before completing payment, customers must carefully check all booking details, including:

• Event date
• Stadium or venue
• Ticket or seating category
• Number of tickets
• Customer contact information

Muay Thai All In One is not responsible for incorrect booking information entered or selected by the customer.

Refunds, Cancellations & Date Changes

Once a booking has been confirmed, customer-initiated cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and date changes are not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of travel plans or personal circumstances
• Selecting the wrong event date
• Selecting the wrong stadium or venue
• Selecting the wrong ticket or seating category
• Purchasing the wrong number of tickets
• Missing the event
• Arriving late
• Transportation delays
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Illness or other personal circumstances
• Failure to attend the event for any reason

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are correct before payment is completed.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the stadium, venue, promoter, or event organiser, Muay Thai All In One will make reasonable efforts to contact affected customers using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information provided with the booking.

Available options may include, depending on the circumstances and the policy of the relevant stadium or organiser:

• Use of the ticket for a rescheduled event
• An alternative event or date
• Ticket credit or another available arrangement
• A refund, where authorised or provided by the relevant stadium or organiser

Any refund, replacement, credit, or alternative arrangement resulting from an event cancellation or rescheduling is subject to the applicable policy and decision of the stadium, promoter, or event organiser, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

A customer's personal inability to attend an event does not constitute an event cancellation and does not qualify for a refund.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets, booking confirmations, vouchers, QR codes, or other admission documents may be delivered electronically through email, messaging services, or another method specified during the booking process.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for ensuring that they can access the ticket or booking confirmation before attending the event.

If you have completed payment but have not received your ticket or booking confirmation, please contact Muay Thai All In One as soon as possible.

If Muay Thai All In One is unable to provide a valid ticket for a confirmed and fully paid booking, we will provide a refund, as applicable.

Event Admission

Admission to an event is subject to the rules, policies, security procedures, age restrictions, and other conditions imposed by the relevant stadium, venue, promoter, or event organiser.

Customers should comply with all venue rules and instructions from authorised venue personnel.

The stadium or event organiser may refuse admission or remove a person from the venue where permitted under its rules or applicable law, including in cases involving disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Where admission is refused or a customer is removed because of the customer's conduct or failure to comply with venue rules, no refund will be provided by Muay Thai All In One.

Event Information & Changes

Fight cards, fighters, bout order, start times, schedules, programmes, seating arrangements, and other event details may be changed by the stadium, promoter, or event organiser without prior notice.

Such changes do not automatically constitute cancellation of the event and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Customers are encouraged to check their booking information and any event updates before travelling to the venue.

Our Role & Liability

Muay Thai All In One provides ticketing and booking facilitation services for Muay Thai events and related services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Muay Thai All In One is not the stadium owner, promoter, or organiser of the underlying fight-night event.

The relevant stadium, venue, promoter, or organiser is responsible for the operation and delivery of the event, including matters such as:

• Fight cards and participating fighters
• Event schedules and timing
• Venue operations
• Seating arrangements
• Security
• Facilities and services at the venue
• Changes occurring before or during the event

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muay Thai All In One shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where Muay Thai All In One is legally responsible for a claim relating directly to a booking, our liability shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid to Muay Thai All In One for the affected booking.

Nothing in these Policy & Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
